1. Service description

CarDecision provides informational tools and content about cars in India — including comparisons, recommendation helpers, calculators, news summaries, review references, upcoming-car notes and sales snapshots. We are not a vehicle dealer, bank, NBFC, insurer, or manufacturer.

2. Informational estimates only

Prices, taxes, EMI results, ownership costs, fuel or electricity assumptions, sales units and recommendation scores are estimates or reported figures for planning. They are not offers, loan sanctions, insurance quotes or guarantees. Always confirm with authorised sellers and lenders before you buy or finance.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the site (scraping at harmful volumes, attempting to break authentication, injecting malware, or misrepresenting our content as professional advice). Automated access must respect rate limits and robots rules.

4. Intellectual property

CarDecision branding, original copy, calculator logic descriptions and site design are protected as applicable. Third-party trademarks (brand and model names) belong to their owners and appear for identification. News pages provide original summaries with attribution and outbound links — not full republished articles. Community listings link out and do not copy forum posts.

5. Third-party links & embeds

Links to publishers, YouTube videos, forums and manufacturer sites are provided for convenience. Their terms and content are outside our control. Loading embeds may set cookies from those providers.

6. Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Features may change, and demo environments may show sample data clearly labelled as such.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CarDecision is not liable for decisions you make based on site estimates, for dealer or lender outcomes, or for third-party site content. See also our Disclaimer.

8. Governing context

These terms are intended for users accessing the service in connection with the Indian market. Disputes will be handled under applicable Indian law and competent courts, unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
